We understand how important it is to access your course certificates, especially when you want to save them for your records, share your achievements, or use them for your resume. If the PDF, JPG, or Print options do not respond when you select them, follow this guide to resolve the issue.
1. Check Your Functional Cookie Preferences
Certificate downloads and printing require Functional cookies to be enabled. These cookies allow eolas Campus to maintain the necessary connection with your logged-in account while preparing your certificate.
- Click the cookie icon at the bottom left of the eolas Campus website.
- Open your cookie preferences and enable Functional cookies.
- You do not need to enable Analytical or Advertisement cookies to download or print your certificates.
- Click Save preferences to apply the change.
- Return to your certificate and try the PDF, JPG, or Print option again.
2. Refresh Your Certificate Page
After changing your cookie preferences, refresh the certificate page before trying the download or print options again.
- Refresh the page by clicking the reload button in your browser.
- If the certificate options still do not respond, close your browser and reopen it, then log in again.
- Return to your completed course, access your certificate, and try the download or print option again.
3. Check the Name on Your Certificate
The name printed on your certificate is taken directly from your eolas Campus user profile. We recommend reviewing this information before downloading or printing your certificate.
- Open your eolas Campus profile settings.
- Check that your name appears exactly as you want it displayed on your certificate.
- Update and save your profile information before returning to the certificate section if a change is required.
4. Try Another Browser
If Functional cookies are enabled and the issue continues, your browser settings or extensions could interfere with the certificate functions.
- Try accessing your certificate with another browser, such as Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Mozilla Firefox, or Microsoft Edge.
- Temporarily disable browser extensions such as ad blockers or privacy tools and try the certificate options again.
5. Contact Support
If these steps do not resolve the issue, we are here to help.
- Submit a ticket through the Support Portal with the following details:
- The name of the course.
- Whether the issue affects PDF, JPG, Print, or all three options.
- The device and browser you are using.
- Confirmation that Functional cookies are enabled.
- Any error messages or screenshots, if available.
We are committed to ensuring that you can access your course certificates when you need them. Let us know if you need further assistance, and our Support Team will investigate the issue further.
